People in a new village are getting a little tired of living in their old house and want to move in with them.
That’s what the UK is about.
But the new villas are being built on reclaimed land.
They’re called ‘the new horsey’ and are in the process of being converted into luxury apartments.
Here are five of them, from the best to the worst.

The new villa was built by a developer in north London and the home is a huge 4.8 acre site with a pool and terraces.
The price for the property was announced on March 4, but the house was not officially sold until March 10, 2017.

The average price for a £1,000 ($1,570) home in London was £9,000 in 2017.
The latest price is £9.1 million ($12.3 million).
The property has been on the market for two years and was sold to the developer for £7.2 million ($11.4 million).

It is located in the area around the city’s Old Southwark and is currently being converted from a single-storey house to a luxury apartment block with an infinity pool, spa and garden.

The development is being run by the new owners of an estate in the borough of St. Albans, pictured bottom left, in south-west London, as they are preparing to open up a hotel and a spa in the near future.

It will have around 20,000 square feet, including a private garden and a swimming pond.
It also includes a 5-star hotel and restaurant, as well as a 4,500-square-foot swimming pool and a 12-car garage.
